Good moisture resistance: Silver and coconut shell-based activated carbon are stably bonded, exhibiting low adsorption performance degradation after damp heat testing, allowing for long-term use in water contact scenarios.
Raw Materials and Production Process
Raw Materials: High-purity coconut shell-based activated carbon (BET 1000–1200 m²/g, ash content <3%) is selected, exhibiting stable adsorption performance.
Process: Ion exchange impregnation technology is employed to ensure uniform silver adhesion and enhance antibacterial durability.
Equipment: An automated impregnation system, constant temperature drying line, and sieving equipment are used to ensure stable silver content and continuous production capacity.
