There are two main types of Activated Charcoal Cartridge
The carbon block cartridge is made of coal-based activated carbon with high adsorption value and coconut shell activated carbon as filter material, and is sintered and compressed with a food-grade binder. The compressed activated carbon filter inside and outside is respectively wrapped with a layer of non-woven filter, to ensure that the carbon core itself will not drop carbon powder, the two ends of the carbon core are equipped with a soft rubber sealing gasket so that the carbon core into the filter cartridge has good sealing.
The granular activated carbon filter cartridge will need activated carbon particles into a special plastic shell, the end cap will be welded to the two ends of the shell with welding equipment, and the two ends of the shell are placed in a non-woven filter with filtering effect, to ensure that the core will not drop carbon powder and black water in use. According to the needs of customers, the shell end cover can be made into different types of connections. The interface modes are flat and tubular type.
