High Adsorption Efficiency: Using high-density walnut shells as raw material, the activated micropore ratio is >85%, and the iodine value is stable at 900–1100 mg/g, enabling rapid adsorption of small molecule impurities.


High Hardness: Hardness >95%, not easily damaged after backwashing, resulting in low operating losses.
Low Ash Content: After acid washing to remove impurities, the ash content is controlled at 2–4%.


Uniform Particle Size: Automatic sieving ensures stable particle size (e.g., 4×8, 6×12, 8×30), reducing bed pressure and stabilizing flow rate.
Raw Materials and Production Process
Raw Materials: High-density walnut shells are selected, with low impurities and stable fibers. Raw material pretreatment (washing/impurity removal) ensures stable finished product performance.
Process: Carbonization → Activation (steam/CO₂) → Acid washing → Sieving → Drying.
Equipment: Automatic carbonization furnace, activation furnace, acid washing line, drying equipment, sieving system.
Testing: Key indicators such as iodine value, hardness, ash content, and particle size are tested according to ASTM/GB standards.
Packaging and Storage
